Tiffanie Reed owns and manages ARK WinGS gymnastics in Trussville. Her passion for the youth and the community led her to start a small business from scratch in 2011, Ta Tumble U gymnastics. With her success, she has had the opportunity to help spearhead and develop other gyms.  She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Science-Health Administration from UAB and a Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Tiffanie is a member of Faith Community Fellowship Church. She enjoys serving by hosting a women’s small group, Trussville War Room.

Tiffanie has a passion for sports. During her senior year of high school, she competed on 11 sports teams and was awarded Athlete Scholar. Tiffanie was a D1 cheerleader at Troy and the University of Tennessee, Golden Girl at UAB, and an NBA dancer for the Atlanta Hawks.

Tiffanie’s activities in the community include membership with the Trussville Chamber of Commerce, serving as a mentor for Brown Girls Do Gymnastics, and Meet Director with USA Gymnastics. She and her family are members of Faith Community Fellowship Church in Trussville, where Tiffanie hosts a women’s small group called the Trussville War Room.

Tiffanie and her husband, Will, have been married for 13 years and live in Trussville with their 2 children, Tatum and Cruz. If she isn’t in the gym you can find her at the baseball park. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to sermons, thrifting, and cheering on the VOLS.
