Mike Ennis has a passion to empower people and organizations to engage in community transformation, by teaching, training, consulting, and partnering with people groups in local communities and around the world.  He wants to equip leaders to effectively fulfill their gifts and callings.

Mike is the Founder and President of Impact Resource and Development (IRD).  IRD is a coaching and mentoring organization that partners with faith- and community-based organizations to establish vision alignment, develop strategic growth initiatives, and address capital funds and other development needs.  IRD helps churches and organizations develop measurable strategies for healthy vision implementation.

Additionally, Mike serves as Executive Pastor at Faith Community Fellowship (FCF) in Trussville and serves as the Campus Pastor of its Springville Campus. Mike and his wife Christy reside in Springville, Alabama.
