In his spare time, Michael officiates high school football and likes to travel and spend time with his family, the beaches being among their favorite places to relax. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Auburn University, in 2005. He also graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas G. Jones School of Law- Faulkner University, in Montgomery, Alabama, in 2009 and has also completed a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution where he was an associate justice on the Honor Court. Brymer was admitted to practice law in 2009.
Before joining the law firm of Massey, Stotser & Nichols, Brymer worked as a staff attorney for the City of Montgomery, Alabama, and as a Deputy District Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. He clerked for the Honorable Sharon G. Yates, the Honorable Pamela Higgins, and the Honorable Jimmy B. Pool in Montgomery as well. At Massey, Stotser & Nichols, Brymer primarily practices within the fields of corporate and municipal law. His prior experience as a litigator and city attorney has given him ample experience in representing his clients from all situations of life.
He graduated as a member of the Leadership Montgomery Legacy Class 33. The class service project was multifaceted and included a fundraiser for improvements and adding displays to the Air Force Enlisted Heritage Hall, situated at the Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base Annex.
From the Birmingham area, Michael and his wife, Kristin, live in Hoover with their son, Jack, and dog, Lucy. Kristin is the Director of International Admissions at UAB.
