Mandy is a graduate of both Auburn University and UAB, holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Auburn and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from UAB.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.  Mandy’s experience as an Auditor, an Operations Director, and Controller ultimately led to a focus on every company’s most valuable asset – its employees.

Mandy is a Trussville native having graduated from Trussville High School.   She serves on the School Board Selection Committee and is the Director of Human Resources for the City of Trussville.  She is a past Board member of the Brad Echols Family Foundation and an alumnus of the 2016 Class of Leadership UAB.  Mandy and her husband, Daniel, have been married for 16 years, reside in Springville, and have two active sons.
