Tiffanie Reed is the owner and managing director of ARK WinGS Gymnastics in Trussville, Alabama, a faith-based gymnastics community dedicated to developing athletes, leaders, and families through excellence in sport and a foundation of faith. Her passion for youth development and community impact led her to launch her first gymnastics business, Ta Tumble U, in 2011. Since then, she has helped develop and guide multiple gymnastics programs across Alabama. Tiffanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science–Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.

She currently serves on the Alabama USA Gymnastics State Administrative Committee, is a certified USA Gymnastics Meet Director, and hosts the annual Iron Sharpens Iron gymnastics competition in Birmingham. Tiffanie is also serving her second term as Secretary of the Leadership Trussville Board of Directors.

A former multi-sport athlete, Tiffanie competed on 11 teams during her senior year of high school and earned the distinction of Athlete Scholar. She went on to cheer at Troy University and the University of Tennessee, performed as a UAB Golden Girl, and later danced professionally with the Atlanta Hawks.

Tiffanie is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Alpha Beta Xi Omega Chapter, and remains actively involved in civic, educational, and leadership initiatives throughout the Trussville community. She is passionate about building connections between businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community leaders to strengthen the community she proudly calls home.

Tiffanie and her family attend Faith Community Fellowship in Trussville. She and her husband, Will, have been married since 2009 and are the proud parents of two children, Tatum and Cruz. When she’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find her at a baseball field, treasure hunting at a thrift store, listening to podcasts and sermons, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, or training at The Pound Trussville.
